JWE X OU ECP: Leadership Conversations with Lady Mayor

Difficult Conversations, Better Outcomes

Leadership often means making decisions that won’t please everyone. As the first Orthodox Jewish woman elected mayor in the United States, Michele Weiss has navigated high-stakes decisions, competing priorities, and challenging conversations in one of the most public leadership roles. In this conversation, she’ll share practical strategies for communicating with clarity, handling conflict with confidence, building consensus across differing perspectives, and making difficult decisions with integrity.

Michele is a fantastic speaker and an incredibly inspiring example for women creating change within our community. I think this conversation will especially resonate with women who are considering leadership roles in public service or politics.
