JWE · Accountability Pods · Launching June 1, 2026
Don't let summer
take you off path.
Summer is when goals go quiet, momentum fades, and September arrives with regret. The JWE Accountability Pod was built for exactly this moment — a small, intimate group of Jewish businesswomen who hold each other to what matters most.
Early Bird — Register Before Shavuot
Sign up before Shavuot and receive a complimentary 1:1 session with the JWE's CEO.
Everyone who registers before Shavuot will receive a free 30-minute private session with the JWE's CEO — former diplomat and top tech executive — to help you refine your summer goals and quantify your metrics for success. Come to your first pod session already clear on what you're there to build.
⏰ Deadline: before sundown, Thursday May 21, 2026 · Shavuot
What is an accountability group?
A commitment device that actually works.
An accountability group is a small, recurring gathering where members show up — month after month — to share what they've accomplished, what they've struggled with, and what they're committing to next. It is not a networking event. It is not a workshop. It is a container for honest, consistent growth.
Structured reflection
Each session follows the same intentional rhythm — success, lesson, challenge — so you show up prepared and leave with clarity.
Trusted witnesses
You are seen by the same 9 women every month. That consistency creates depth, trust, and a level of honesty you can't get in a larger room.
Collective intelligence
When you share your challenge, the group popcorns on it — offering perspectives, resources, and ideas you wouldn't have reached alone.
Visible progress
Six months from now, you'll have a written record of every win, every lesson, and every obstacle you moved through.
How it works
Six sessions. One free planner. One community.
You register for a series of 6 sessions throughout Summer 2026
Choose your pod by time slot. Each pod is capped at 10 women. You commit to the full series upfront — that commitment is the point.
You receive your undated digital JWE planner
Your planner arrives with your registration. At the start of each month, you fill in your success, lesson, and challenge.
You share — and you listen
Each woman takes up to 5 minutes to share. Then the group popcorns — sharing reactions, insights, and ideas organically.
Sessions are moderated
Every Accountability Pod is facilitated by a JWE team member assigned to your unique group.
📓 Your free JWE Undated Digital Planner
Included with every registration. Each month, you mark three things before you arrive — so you're never showing up empty-handed.

The evidence
Accountability is not a soft skill. It's a performance driver.
Decades of research on goal-setting, social accountability, and peer learning converge on a single conclusion: you are dramatically more likely to accomplish what you commit to when someone else is watching — and rooting for you.
increase in likelihood of completing a goal when shared with another person

more revenue generated by business owners who meet regularly with a peer group

— Journal of Applied Psychology
You'll be glad you didn't skip the summer.
